Buy soymilk at any large grocery store
packet of nigari (basically magnesium chloride)
heat soymilk to 75 °C
add nigari, this will cause the soymilk to coagulate (unfortunately
a little out of focus)
put on cover, let sit for 15 min
tofu mold (tofu mold + cheesecloth + nigari purchased
from here)
cheesecloth or something similar
pour onto cheesecloth
put on top piece then a weight
after 15 min, take apart
finished!
