Set up confocal microscope / injection scope

1. Start (7:59 am)
2. Attach scanhead (8:16)
3. Raise scanhead on post (8:17)
4. Attach laser (8:23)
5. Align laser to go into scanhead (8:33)
6. Connect cords between scanhead and computer (8:44)
7. Connect keyboard, mouse, monitor, and turn on computer (9:06)
8. Put microscope under scan head (9:08)
9. Align so that laser goes straight down center of microscope 1 - 2 and a microscope image is centered on screen (9:22)
10. Glue gun the microscope to base (9:37)
11. Set up manipulator etc (9:49)
